We consult and work in partnership with all of our clients to achieve the standards required for FDA and HPRA Audits.

At Magan we understand the needs and demands of our clients and realise not all cleaning services can be planned in advance. For this reason, we provide emergency, on-call services, at short notice, 24/7, to ensure every eventuality is managed.

Our Cleanroom Services

Cleanroom Design & Commissioning

Magan’s Cleanroom construction team of experienced in-house designers will pay close attention to your individual requirements to guide you through the complexity of cleanroom services, structures, and finishes.

We can produce simple designs or detailed construction drawings depending on your requirements, using the latest AutoCAD, and building services software.

All our cleanroom facilities are designed to meet the appropriate cleanroom classification standards. Our team of technical experts plan, manage, and carry out commissioning for every cleanroom facility that we build. Where necessary, we will bring in additional specialist support from equipment manufacturers.

Cleanroom Upgrades

Magan Construction can modify, refurbish, or extend existing cleanroom and containment facilities to meet your changing requirements or to conform to new regulations and standards.

We will even upgrade facilities that were designed or built by other companies. Our aim is to ensure you have the correct, certified facilities to carry out your work in a safe and clean environment.

Cleanroom Construction

Magan Construction will appoint a dedicated project manager to stay with your project from conception to completion and to manage the whole construction process on your behalf.

A lead engineer manages the contract, supported by other engineers, a site manager, and administrators. A company director oversees every project to ensure successful completion of everyone’s satisfaction.

The site manager controls the setting out, construction progress, quality checks, snagging, commissioning, testing, handover, and personnel. Administrators produce programmes, detailed designs, drawings, health and safety plans, and technical manuals and also procure materials and subcontractors.

Regular site meetings, project updates, solid systems, and a flexible approach ensure that we always execute projects to customers’ timescales, budgets, and requirements.

Cleanroom Training & Auditing

For clients who require cleanroom cleaning to be performed by their own cleanroom staff, Magan can work with you to deliver interactive cleanroom training which includes:

Providing training for personnel performing the cleaning tasks within the controlled environment.
Performing a facility audit of your controlled environment.
Supplying a written and photographic report detailing observations, improvements, and preventive measures to reduce contamination.
